Receponists very helpful. Had bit of difficulty locating it. Had a nice stay there.
Good beds & friendly staff. Problem is they don't have shaver sockets in bathrooms and don't provide adaptors.
Stayed overnight, we arrived very late, check in guy was very good, he had worked out who we were, made us feel special by knowing our name on arrivalRoom was lovely, very clean and comfortable but an unpleasant smell didi get in the corridor outside.It would have been five stars but for this a the breakfast experience, plus points were friendly and attentive and very busy team, but a few errors occurred, porridge asked for without milk came with milk and was quite tardy. Another delay before it was rectified. The rest of the offer was good, all buffet food available and hot, coffee was freely available and unlike the Weeley branch was the Costa coffees not thermosAll in all a very pleasant and decent value overnight stay, would return

Not what I was expecting after the good things I've heard from the Premier Inn company. We arrived a little late on the first night and we were quickly greeted by the receptionist and got our room card. Inside the hotel room was a nice cozy area with a large bed and a table for tea and coffee. Sadly there was no air conditioning, as I heard that other locations had them.My overnight experience was really lacklustre. The beds were very nice but the pillows were just far too soft so it felt as if I was just laying on nothing. The room we had is close to the road so it was fairly loud and more than once occasion I was woken up by sirens. Unfortunately one thing that was a big disappointment were the showers, the pressure for them was minimal at best. Some good things about this place is that the staff are really fast to fix most of the issues I've had, we had few pillows and somebody brought us some extras very quickly.Overall it was a decent stay and the staff were amazing to respond to our requests. Is it worth the price, I'd say yes, it's located near some food places and near the airport if you're travelling.
