It was okay,but the surrounding buildings made it look very unwelcoming. Receptionist wasn't great, one of two coffee machines broken in breakfast area, leg at bottom of bed was sprained making it buckle under if you sat there... This brand used to be a cut above Travelodge and Premier Inn but some of their branches are much better than this.
So far so good. Arrived about an hour ago. Quick check in. Lovely, helpful staff. Room clean n inviting. However, it has an adjoining door to somewhere, as long as im safe i don't mind. Maybe i should ask...
Only used the hotel to park my car for a Norwich airport flight. Really efficient and friendly process. Will use again as it was very reasonably priced. There is a shuttle service which needs booking in advance but a taxi to the airport is only around 7.
Staff friendly. Basic hotel tea and coffee facilities in room. The room was a nice size and once again clean as well as the bathroom.
Comfy, friendly, reasonably priced. Slightly further out of town centre than we wanted. Good buffet breakfast. Staff helpful and knowledgeable. Only issue was sound of exercise class instructor in next door leisure centre on Sat morning - very intrusive soundwise for a spell.
