You can't fault the Premier Inn. Predictable rooms, comfy bed. The Norwich centre one is.walking distance to everywhere in the city centre, no on-site parking however but they have a 5 deal for nearby multi-storey. Such good value for a night out in Norwich.
Good location. Everything you would expect for the price. BUT I have just rung up because I may have left something behind after my stay and they didn't offer to check which I thought was rotten.
The hotel is in a brilliant location for the centre. Just a couple of minutes even with kids in tow. Everything is clean, tidy and new. Check-in was easy and the deal with the neighbouring car park was brilliant. Would visit again if in town.
Nice hotel, beds good, restaurant good, bar okay, some of the staff are moody as hell but some are equally entertaining and chatty! Standard 3 star quality if I'm honest!That said I was proper wound up when they decided to charge me 3.90 for a Stella that I got on my birthday after a night out.This is when I spend around 200 per week which is 800 per month to stay here. I have an allowance of 25 per night and rarely spend it all, I also spend 20 per morning on breakfast.They couldn't wave 3.90 for a birthday beer? Personally this is a disgrace. The comment I got from the employee was "That's the rules"Obviously a personal service does not apply here even when you spend 800 per month. 3 star quality.
This is a very well sited budget hotel. Clean, friendly, helpful. Can't really ask for more. Just one word of advice. Park in the St Andrews car park first, rather than pulling up outside the hotel. As you then have to negotiate the one way system again, simples
