Good location 5 minutes from town centre. Bathroom needs some attention. Lots of mould around bath and tiles and shower is very weak. Bedroom a bit tired and dated but bed is comfortable. Walls very thin which means you hear every sound from corridors and surrounding rooms.
Dated, awful shower, could hear noises from corridor and room above, tiny towels!.. Bed was quite comfy however.. Customer service sadly wasn't great until the morning when I was greeted by a lovely member of staff, she was such a contrast to the other staff members, smiley, caring and helpful, her glasses even matched the same purple as the sign which I enjoyed :)
Clean, comfortable, friendly staff & a good breakfast cooked to order. Decor is a bit tired. Good value. Good location.
Pretty shabby. They should really advertise it as as 70's themed boutique hotel and get a Basil Fawlty a-like to man the desk and charge double. Missing a trick.
The staff were very friendly and helpful. The hotel needs a revamp. Sat in the bedroom and heard gurgling coming from bathroom dirty foul smelling water coming up the bath plug hole. Moved rooms only half of the lights worked. Beds clean and comfortable. Breakfast good choice xx
