OK 3 star hotel. At last some of the rooms have been refurbished but they seem to have kept the old beds! Restaurant and meal distinctly average at best ...
Good food, nice rooms and comfortable beds. Also great gym with swimming pool that is free to use if you are staying there. Breakfast is very nice also and plenty of it.
A very nice hotel with great facilities. Nice bar and restaurant. Gym and pool. Staff were very friendly. Room rates and bar prices are very reasonable. Location isn't great because it is out of town so not all that convenient. But this is the only thing that let's it down, and I would stay again.
Stayed as part of a coach party. This is relevant because the menu organised for us as part of the visit was poor. Breakfast was the same as ordinary guests and so plentiful and good. Rooms spotless and comfortable.
Stayed here a few times now. Staff are all very friendly and helpful. Kids loved the swimming pool and they got a wrist band which entitled them to a free hot chocolate and biscuits There is a bus stop just 5 min walk up the road so transport into town is easy and no more than 10 minutes away. Will definitely be staying here again in the future
