Long queue at the till. That was because all the staff were doing "end of day stuff". It was nearly an hour before closing. Goodbye high street retail.

Staff at Roy's are always extremely helpful and they provide a good range of good quality products at reasonable prices. There are also usually some very good offers on so it's well worth popping by to take a look.
After recently moving to the area, Roys has become my favourite and go to shop for everything. I mean everything. It sells everything. Their 'Heritage' food brand is cheap and delicious. They have fantastic local produce, and there's a post office in there as well. I've bought everything I've needed to decorate my flat as well. Roys is fabulous. I just wish it was open later!
