As it's based in a remote location compared to the one on St. Stephens Road, the queues are very short even in peak hours and the staff are helpful and friendly. Would recommend.
The rudest and most unhelpful Store Manager Matt (if he can call himself that), I have encountered in any store in the UK, not just Argos. I would avoid this store at all costs and find another local Argos around Norwich. If I could give minus -10 stars that wouldnt quantify how dissapointed I am with the level of service received by Matt. He really shouldnt be employed in a customer facing position, awful attitude!
Store is nice and tidy, staff were very friendly. Ordered an item and it was ready within 3 minutes, can't grumble at that
Matt the manager is incredibly rude. Matt and a female colleague humiliated my 67 year old mother and were rude and disrespectful to myself and my children also. Argos and Matt you should be ashamed.
Good shopping experience, as expected from Argos :-) Clean, tidy and bright store. Mixture of using the catalogue and computer screen to search for what we were looking for, easy to see whether the items were in stock or not. Served quickly, politley and efficiently.
