Lovely independent department store. Wide range of products of high quality. Service was superb. All in all a really good shopping experience. Restaurants also a high standard.!!!
Very impressed with the online ordering service with value for money goods. Prompt delivery, all professionally presented. I may not live in East Anglia, but this is definitely a place I would order from online again.
Good to have a local store still trading. Lovely shop, good, helpful staff. Some might feel it a bit expensive but don't let that deter you as you can get some really good batgains. Lovely deli/champagne and coffee bars. Recommend: go and enjoy.
Busy bustling shopping centre with tons of departments all trading and working well, I was a couple of days too late though as the boxing day sales had cleared out a lot of the clothes in my size, I did get two jumpers that are great though and would definitely shop again. All credit to the staff as despite being busy, couldn't do more to help with directions and making this hapless shopper welcome.
