Went for cabin baggage did not have the size in stock , Tui allowance is small compared to other airlines,but the service in store is very good as I have brought lots of different things from here always a quick service.
They either need to employ more staff here or close the store completely because it's completely useless at the moment. One staff member at the tills trying to manage ever-growing queue of customers is not enough and then waiting for your item for ages is another matter. It used to be completely different years ago, but I guess they used to employ more staff back then. Not shopping here anymore as it's too frustrating.
