As always M & S is the most pleasant shop to visit. All their staff are so helpful. The shop is spotless and they always have what you want.
A lovely M&S and great sale shopping! We visited the food hall and had amazing customer service from a young man called Joe.We were so impressed at how polite and his customer service was impeccable.A big thank you to Joe only wish there were more retail staff like you!We will definitely be back for more shopping.
Boxing day sale visit. Well done to all the staff there! Got a couple of hundred pounds worth of cloths so good job! No idea how they perform other times of the year if I am honest though
If M&S as it is affectionately known had never been opened, there are so very many wonderful things we would be without. Everything from apple pie, through to zipped boots and all things lacy and lovely. The staff are super knowledgeable and nothing is too much trouble. I love M&S and can't recommend it too highly.
