Recently bought a car and had issue's with it from first day. Despite numerous phone calls and messages left no one has returned calls. Would not recommend this company, OK until they have your money, then not interestedStay clear
"Celebrating 40 years of excellent service" REALLY!!The reason for the low rating is due to poor service, let me explain,I was interested in buying a car for my son to use ,so it was never going to be a big budget,after looking at the cheaper cars they had I sent them three emails over the weekend for more info and hoped that they would contact me on Mon, they didn'tSo I thought ok I will use their livechat I did this and a young girl took my details and said that a salesman will contact you, well you've guessed they didn'tThis is really a poor reflection on service from a company that prides itself on serviceIt would seem if I had a big budget to spend maybe the service would have been better, but if you are on a smaller one then maybe they will never ring you back
I would Highly recommend Walters to anyone buying a used car ,they made the whole experience a pleasant process.Their customer services is exceptionally outstanding before during and after sale.Nothing was too much trouble and they have very friendly and helpful staff. They went above and beyond during the whole process and I would definitely be a returning customer for my next car.
