I purchase car from this company, had a issue with the car, I contact the value car centre (manager) and he was very polite, he listen to my concern and decided to help which is great peace of mind for anyone buying a car.
So very pleased we decided to purchase our car from The Value Car Centre. From the initial walk around viewing the cars, not once were we 'pounced' on with high pressure sales talk, it was very much left to us to go and seek the staff out, when we needed to speak with them. The staff have been courteous and professional throughout the whole transaction and they most certainly put 'Customer Service and Satisfaction' at the forefront of their business. We had a couple of very, very minor issues (key fob battery and a fuse) which were dealt with politely and very promptly and sorted to our satisfaction, all under the 3 month guarantee they give you. We have certainly purchased in confidence and would definately recommend this company to be on your list of viewings. Should we be needing another vehicle any time in the future we would certainly get in touch with this company again. The Value Car Centre have been so helpful in everything, from choosing the right car for us, changing our old car over to the new one, the finance and after care. No pushy sales, very patient and understanding. Highly recommend these guys and will be going back ourselves when we need to.

Went to the Value Car Centre to look at a Mini One following a big accident I had that wrote off my car. Staff were extremely friendly and helpful. Whilst there I saw a Countryman which suited my needs far better but there was no pushiness from staff regarding the purchase of either car.They were very sympathetic to my circumstances and spent a lot of time ensuring that everything was ready for me to take the car away before I lost my courtesy car. Would definitely use them again in the future and would highly recommend to anyone looking. Have been in since to thank them for their service and their after sales is on par with when I purchased the car. Cannot fault this service.Thank you very much John and Crew
