Called in to Carscene recently on 2 consecutive weekend's to view a car we were interested in buying. Walked round the lot for about 10 minutes, made eye contact with 3 staff including a clearly very important overweight guy sitting in his office. Waited for him to come over to us.... and waited.... We said they must be very busy we'll come back next week.We did... same thing. Went to Carshop and bought a car.So, if you're in the market and don't mind your car dealers on the 'uninterested' side, then enjoy your trip to Carscene.
Brought my vauxhall insignia a few months back now, had a small issue which was dealt with efficiently with a replacement car to help, whilst mine was sorted. Helpful staff, with good knowledge and support, highly recormended and will go there again. Happy Martin G
Went to look at a Mini after an RTA. Didnt end up buying it as it was not the one for me but gent in charge was really helpful and not pushy at all. Cannot fault for that.Was also very sympathetic to my circumstances.
