Don't know what Nissan side of showroom is like but the Suzuki side looks like a smooth operation. Always a good sign when you're offered a coffee the moment you come in.
The staff are always polite and professional, I have never had any problems with getting my car sorted out. I have been getting my car's from them for nearly 9 years and always had excellent customer service.
Went and ordered a part last May and was dispotinted with the level of service we got from parts, so I was unsure when I needed a new locking wheel bolt for my qashqai, the new guys in the parts department are 100 times better than the old ones, so helpful and went out in the pouring rain to help us and went the extra mile.
Call in yesterday to look at a vehicle and the sales representative was friendly and very knowledgeable on New Suzuki Jimmy nice clean showroom and good presentation
Nissan dealership which takes pride in its work. Good customer service from polite staff. Site is easy to access near the airport, with plenty of customer parking. Good selection of new and nearly new cars for sale. Bright and airy space for waiting whilst work is completed, with complementary drinks, a few magazines, free WiFi and toilets. TV shows dedicated Nissan adverts which are interesting the first time around. The seats aren't that comfy, especially if you are there for a long time, which is usually the case! On the upside, your car comes back clean and shiny and you know that work has been done by trained Nissan staff.
