Fantastic team! Excellent service. My car went in with a warning light fault. On arriving I was shown to customer waiting area and offered tea or coffee. After a short wait I was seen by Kevin who kept me informed on my cars progress. Got my car back fixed with a video emailed to me of what was done to my car and details of possible future problem areas.Very thorough service from a cheerful friendly team-well done!
Very helpful but a bit pricey
Whatever you do.....I strongly advise no-one to purchase a vehicle from this Dealership!!! Booked a test drive online, with a view to purchasing the vehicles, only to be told that no Sales Advisor was available! Sat and had a rubbish coffee only then to be told that no-one would be available and to either hang around or come back later. The Receptionist totally useless.....she has no clue as to what day of the week it was. When asking her about if they had the particular model that I had booked for a test drive she thought it wasnt out until March 2019, whereupon, in fact, there was a Demonstrator model sat and awaiting outside. The Sales Advisors that I did see were just out of nappies and looked like they couldnt run a bath. All in all a total waste of my time......anyone thinking of visiting this Showroom, then good luck to you. I would have given themNo Star rating, but had to give at least 1 so as to post my complaint.
Was in the market for a new car and we were pleasantly surprised by the range of cars available within our budget, the ease of purchase of our chosen vehicle and the quality of service offered by Busseys. A mention for Dale Jermy, the salesman who oversaw everything for us - courteous, polite, friendly, informed and put us under no pressure. Recommend.
Had to take my car there as other garage couldn't find the problem with my emissions. They sorted the problem for me. The staff I dealt with were cheerful and helpful. Had a cup of tea as had to wait a while. The only downside I feel was the cost, it was a bit pricey for my liking.
