I would liked to have given 5 stars because that's what I would give the guys in the sales department however, following a problem with the car (failed fuel injector) and my dealings with the service department I have lowered my score to just 2 stars. I had the car obd2 diagnosed prior to taking it to them and they also diagnosed it with the same code and fault, simple little job 15 to 20 mins of experienced time so, job done yes? Err, No - a week later and absolutely no communication from them at all they now have the car fixed. During that week I chases them for updates and I had everything from 'just waiting for parts, to , just waiting for authorisation for the work to be done - hang on a minute the car is under warranty direct from you so how does that work then? You don't want to know the answer was to that one but it was another really annoying one.Its a real shame this happened because until this point I was very impressed with NMG.Everything said and done though they did the work under their guarantee with no quibble from their part at all so, one must assume they were just having a bad week.
My Honda Jazz was at NMG to have a parking sensor fault investigated and I was informed that replacement parts had been ordered and would be fitted early in the New Year. In the meantime, my car was ready to be collected and I was delighted to find that it had been thoroughly valeted inside and out. Thanks to NMG for my early Christmas present! Excellent service.
Serviced and cleaned the car after which was good. Waiting area had reading material and coffee. Only downside I have about this group is the time I have had to wait for mudflaps I ordered in June to be fitted ( fitted 20/09/18) at the same time as car was serviced.
Took my wife's Honda Jazz that we had bought from NMG a few weeks earlier into the Kia service centre to have rear parking sensors sorted. Excellent service from the team, who gave us a pick up time and who rang us to confirm the car was ready for collection. I noted that the service bays were clean and very tidy - always a good sign. Very impressed with the helpful attitude of the sales and service reception staff.
Amazing place always ready to help. We would not go anywhere else as the staff are so polite and any work that is done on our vehicle is always first class. A big thank you to you all
