Amazing service. Went in to get a bulb changed on my headlights and they knew what I needed and where enthusiastic about helping me and one another. Good to see good team spirit and a willingness to help me and those who where around them. Will defiantly suggest to other if they are needed.
I tried to spend 1400 on a bike and all the gear in order to return to cycling after 25 years. I asked if they could provide some recognition for customer loyalty. I would have settled for 40 off or a free helmet but Gods gift to Selling was more interested in meeting his own kpi's and boosting his pay. He increased the price and then generously offered a whole 13 off if i spent ANOTHER 140 Needless to say I shall be buying elsewhere. Nothing wrong with the product or Halfords, just the staff.
Terrible service, apart from the manager (I presume) who was great, at other times. The young bloke working today was rude, unhelpful and disinterested. Management should take a long hard think about how they choose to train people like the ignorant, beligerat man today. Hes lucky to keep his job. Unacceptable. Harsh words, but needed. And looks like it adds to the narrative here anyway.
Always been friendly and helpful. Wouldnt go anywhere else for advice on child seats for my kids! There is sometimes a bit of a wait to see one of their trained fitters which is why Ive given 4 stars not 5.
