Like others have said, the guys are friendly enough but do try to sell you everything they can. Not the best in the city for mechanics either. Nice choice of bikes and accessories though.
Top quality service on my bike and full fit. Extensive range of bikes and really friendly service. Love the attention to detail when helping my wife look for a bike. Love doing their sportives and use you guys always when I need a service on our bikes.
I bought a really nice bike here and then had issues with the brakes. Took it back in and the guy (think he was an owner or manger) said he'd have a look, and it would be free. Took it in, "fixed it" really fast, and then charged me for it! Tried to get me to buy lights, laying it all on. Then the next day brakes didn't work again. Next day went to a local bike repair guy who spent real time and fixed it. When he heard my story he wouldn't charge me as so many people say this about Pedal "Revolution". I won't be going back. This place is all about the money. Need to realise customers come back when they like the service. Disappointed because I want to buy local
Like other reviewers I really cannot understand the negative reviews. I recently bought my first road bike from Pedal revolution and they couldn't have been more helpful and knowledgeable. They where patient and helped me identify the correct bike for my budget. They set up two options on a turbo trainer so I could be "fitted" and gave me all the facts on both bikes. Great customer service which was very much appreciated.
