Had visited the shop before and was impressed with the staff. Went today with intention of purchasing a liv tempt 3 for daughter. However found they had only 2 last year models..and despite having a suitable size in stock shop was unable to have anybody get out the box for two days. The sales person baffled me with his extremely unhelpful attitude..bike purchased else where and out riding this afternoon. Power to the independent bike shop.
Superb from start to finish. Bought brand new Liv Envie. Paid 200 for full fit and wow what an amazing service. Jacob was great. Took about 4 hours to go through everything. The bike is unbelievable. One very happy customer!
