Went to boycott the corporate shops and give to the local community. Incompetent organisation, wait ages for servicing, lack of communication, lots of time wasted but it's in the name of charity so I don't mind the expensive cost.

I love this bike shop. The staff are helpful and friendly and knowledgeable and the vibe is excellent. The ethos behind bicycle links is fantastic too. There's no cliqueyness and you feel at home whatever type of riding you do.The caf is brilliant. It serves great coffee, lovely home made veggie and vegan sarnies and yummy flapjacks, brownies etc. Great place to hang out and chat and get info on local riding whether you're a race horse or a total newbie.
Excellent service! I don't normally write reviews but had to in this case. I've been to a lot of the different bike shops in Norwich and am always left wanting, they always seem to have long wait times. From the moment I stepped in the door at Bicycle links I was made to feel welcome. I came in for a service and was clearly told when my bike would be ready and what time they were open till that day. Very friendly and would highly recommend.
