The best bike shop in the city. Im always greeted with a friendly hello and a smile. The staff are all very knowledgable and eager to help with whatever you need. They always seem keen to find things out when they dont imediately have an answer and you can tell they each have a passion for their job and cycling as a whole. The workshop is fantastic and will strive for the best repairs possible, usually in very good time. The range of stock is good and they understand that in order to compete with online retailers, their prices need to be sensible and they do allow you to price match. I will continue to use this bike shop for all my cycling needs. Good job chaps.
I've only ever received honest advice from cycles UK, and have been dealing with them for six years.Staff are always friendly and willing to help. The workshop doesn't work on commission, so you can be sure you're only being recommended the right thing for you, and not being up-sold.Overall, a great place to visit for anything cycling-related, with a large selection of in-store bikes to browse and try!

Andy has been brilliantly helpful and patient. i am a total newbie to the world of road cycles but he has taken great care and time explaining all the different options to me, even comparing with products sold by another store, all without bias or any hint of a 'hard sell'. He advised me as to the best size and specification and let me take one of the store bikes out for a test run. I cannot recommend the service here highly enough - it has been an absolute pleasure. i have just ordered my first road bike from Cycles UK and can't wait to start training!
