Whilst you chose your Estate Agent when you come to sell, you certainly have no choice in selecting your vendors Estate Agent. So it was good news for us that the 5 Bank Plain office of William H Brown were the chosen Estate Agent handling our purchase.They negotiated quickly with the vendor in seeking a fair price, maintained contact with him throughout as you would expect but its the after sales service that becomes critical in getting the purchase and completion date to line up with the rest of the chain. Matthew Waters and Selene Foster kept their promises and delivered on time. In fact they both excelled. Great delight was obvious in handing over the door keys to our new property.
