Sale was completed smoothly and everything went as planned. Only issue i had was the lack of aftersale care. Once we had accepted our offer we seemed to be back of the que for communication unless we pressed for info.

I have dealt with Samuel Patrick since the initial contact of arranging a viewing and still in contact through the process of purchasing. He has been extremely helpful and always got back to me in a really timely fashion. Much better experience than I have previously had with other estate agents when I was in the rental market. Definitely 5 star service.

I've had a few dealings with estate agents over the years but cannot rate this team highly enough. The initial callback was instant, a house visit the next day, viewing in the evening and sold the following morning! Joshua, Samuel and Evie got things moving so fast I could just about keep up. Very friendly at every point of contact and I wouldn't hesitate to use them again when I next move. 5 stars!
