Purchasing a property they are listing - Very unprofessional from start to finish. Had an offer accepted over a month ago. After repeated messages and either no or late responses, the property remained on the market. Little to no updates. The seller has now proceeded with another offer. If you value your time, avoid at all cost.
Friendly and efficient staff. Recently used Pure when purchasing a flat in Norwich, had no issues dealing with any of the staff and the sale went through without issue.
I contacted the agent for properties and they was very helpful and talked me through everything,they kept me up to date and they didnt take long in finding me what I was looking for
LANDLORDS AVOID!!!!This is the worst letting agency I have ever been involved with. As a Landlord I would never go anywhere near them again! They charge a monthly fee of 10-11% and do absolutely nothing for it. The managers change every other week and they cant seem to keep hold of any office staff. The place is a joke! No inspections for properties are ever sorted or organised. Property is far from safe and protected in the hands of this incompetent agency. All I can say is its been a headache from start to finish. I feel robbed of the money they have taken from me over the past few years. What a shambolic operation.
