This is the first time I rent a house by an agency and I must said I was slightly scared due to the paperwork and application derived duties. However, once I saw my house I wanted to do as much as possible to get it, and the Leaders team helped me SO much during all the process (and during my insane amount of emails and calls to the branch!). Tom and Nicole have been super helpful to me, answering all my questions, replying all my emails, and updating me during the process. I got the house that I wanted and surprisingly I was very calm during all the application process as I knew they where taking care of everything very thoroughly! Excellent service! Very professional, we are renting but when we moved in it felt like we moved to our own home the house was immaculately clean! And everything is as advertised. So convenient with dealing with them we live about 1.5 hours away previously and love that all documents can be signed electronically and references are done electronically as well. Also had a few errors on our documents but they helped us with no fuss whatsoever. Thank you!

We were kept in the loop with regular updates on the progress of our application (unlike one other agency where I received no responses to emails and had to go in person to find out what was happening) and each step of the process was made very clear to us. The application process was very straightforward and didn't require us to come in person to sign various documents as this could all be done online.
