Very well priced, all the equipment you could need. Although, extremely busy at peak times.
Open 24/7 and staff are reasonably helpful. Better than the other Gym group in Norwich as it's less crowded.
Great gym with friendly staff who are all personal trainers and are happy to help. There is a good variety of high tech equipment that you can use. Another good thing about this particular gym is that it is open 24 hours a day so you can use it as and when you please.
It was good, a good amount of equipment and running machines. There are small areas to stretch and they have a small class area. I did go and use the showers which were nice but unfortunately they don't provide hairdryers, which was unfortunate as I don't carry a hairdryer in my bag. I did decide against continuing my membership here because I wanted classes that were Les mills and they don't do those here. It's a good place if you're very self motivated and want the basic gym equipment.
Open 24/7 and has a good amount of equipment for a smaller sized gym. Equipment is put back and is in good working order. Equipment seems to be fixed quickly when broken and I have seen classes run. Good value for money.
