Good gym, just a lack of cardio equipment
Best place, there is all equipment for beginners and professional bodybuilders,
Whery good place
good range of machines and free weights. building is freezing in winter and roasting in summer. could do with more investment. OK for what it is.
Winter season - always cold they are saving on heating . Summer - hot as fu.k. They have no air conditioning the funniest part is that there is some ventilators spread across gym BUT some pseudo trainers which are working for the gym are taking them for themselves. Fitness area... Hmm always occupied by some kind of "NORWICH FITNESS CLUB" and you cannot enter there because private session is in progress I'm paying for the gym so it gives me the right to use all equipment but the owner does not see a problem. There are no lockers, MAY" We will have them soon " December - still nothing. FINALLY the last case. Some kind of bodybuilder was about to visit gym. MASSIVE EVENT almost like a POPE PILGRIMAGE . So you have to pay 30 for a ticket OR you have to leave a gym before his arrival :D. I forgot to mention about toddlers fooling around while you are lifting weights AND it YOURS responsibility to be careful not their parents. Do not recommend.
