It's a nice gym, well equipped and very inexpensive
Great gym, pleanty of equipment ,great classes included in your membership fee and clean changing rooms.
This place is really good. Decent amount of equipment as well as Les Mills classes, which are fantastic, also the spin studio looks amazing!!. They also have good sized changing rooms as well as very friendly staff. One thing I will say is though the female changing room showers are never hot, just warm water - which in the very cold shower room - just feels like cool water to shower in, which is slightly dissapointing after a workout. Also the hair dryers frequently don't work because the cables inside the counter become twisted after regular use and then they stop working which again, when coming out from a cold shower, is slightly annoying. Don't get me wrong I love this gym and I keep going because the classes are so good. Just needs a bit of TLC :)
Ok, so it's not the best equipped or flashiest gym in Norwich but it's less than 20pm. Personally, I'm happy to pay half of what most other gyms charge and put up with a few more people at peak times. What I find hard to defend is that it is always freezing in winter and boiling in summer, which apparently comes down to cost cutting measures and reducing heating and air-con to an hour or so a day. But, even with that, it's 20pm...with classes and parking included...20!The staff are friendly and helpful and so are most of the members.
A gym in the heart of the city... Accessible to most of the amenities and shops like cafes, restaurant, arcades, cinemas, supermarkets, right in front of training stations and accessible to other means of public transport... BEST GYM LOCATION...
