This is the first time Ive been to the gym since it became a David Lloyd. Not a huge amount has changed. Its still too family oriented for anyone who actually cares about fitness. There are kids everywhere. The gym floor is pretty well stocked but lacks in the free weights section and could easily become crowded. The underfloor heating is a nice feature in the changing rooms. The showers are clean and the soap dispensers work. I find it a little creepy that one if the fitness studios can be looked into from the top of the stairs. Not really want one hopes for when doing yoga or body pump. The cafe has improved a lot but is way over priced. The tiny shake I ordered was 4.25 and came with an impossible-to-use straw. Overall, a pretty average gym.

Staff is not organised at all.Sunday I was in ,and talk to a girl Emily ,I wanted to know if I can take a day pass,she told me yes of course,anytime,so Monday I prepared, me and my girlfriend,we changed our plans and come to David Lloyd club.As we arrived they told us we cannot take day pass and we cannot see nobody today as they are busy.and turn the back on us. This is unprofessional
Excellent gym with lots of classes , kids clubs and something for everyone
The swimming pool in David LLoyd is my favourite. Especially, the Spa-zone and the steam room.The Sauna and the steam room were recently upgraded and it's a great pleasure to relax there after a good work out.
