Very good value for money. Good equipment friendly staff and there's always free fitness classes on (check schedules) clean and tidy open to all fitness levels. Just pop your head phones in and get fit in your time. Your not timed you can come and go as you want. Good changing room and big individual shower blocks..
This gym is good if you want to work out,the classes don't look very good at all though, they're just in the corner of the gym, no actual studio, it's also quite small. I went for a week and cancelled because I really like a good class.
Best gym ever, could do with some heavier dumbbells but is fine I mean you only pay 18 a month and the place is massive.
So beautiful and much more bigger than the gym on hall road with more equipment to choose from.Located right in the heart of the city centre.Only down side for me is that free parking in castle mall is only from 5pm to midnight.Also very isolated after midnight so I might just stick to the gym on hall road.
Has all you need equipment wise and well maintained. The showers are clean (you what?) and the changing rooms are big -still gets crowded at peak times. Classes are easy to sign up to and are brilliant for beginners. Good gym over all.
