Please don't bother as had excellent gym facilities but poor spa facilities. Lacks ambience and we were not given information on arrival. Five loungers by pool, three with towels only on and no person. Cafe was a typical canteen style.They should just offer beauty treatments.I wasted a voucher from my daughter on a day spa and we lleft at midday. Previously I have been to their spa in Bury St Edmunds which is beautiful. Their reply to my feedback is that is a 'flagship' so please check location and reviews prior to booking as obviously variable.
Had two treatments and it was absolutely perfect the girls who done it knew exactly what they were doing!! staff are lovely and so is the cafe food and overall the perfect spa day.
Had a spa experience, never been before was greated with a smile all throughout the day with clear instructions. Really enjoyed the massage, very kind staff and got use of the pool and gym. Very clean facilities. Good day well spent.
Visited this spa for the first time today with my hubby. Lovely staff who made us very welcome. We found the pool, steam room, sauna and Jacuzzi really nice. People friendly not too crowded. We both had a couple of beauty treatments which again were very nice and the staff were really great. We had a light lunch which was very reasonably priced. Would definitely recommend this spa.
Came here to charge my car. The charging unit is the easiest charger I have ever used. Went inside to have a cuppa tea, the atmosphere was very relaxing, a nice stop after driving a while. Helpful and happy staff too. Toilets nice and clean.
