Greeted with an offer of a cup of hot chocolate and a biscuit which we happily accepted. We chose our mattress and was given expert product knowledge which helped us to make our decision. Would definitely go back to Furniture Village in Norwich as we had a great and relaxed shopping experience and our mattress is being delivered within 7 days even though we were told 7 to 10 days. Very happy!!!
