Staff very helpful, but left us to browse too. Good selection of products. Cafe was reasonably priced with a varied menu- something to suit most people. Well worth a visit to this store.
We saw Philip in the showroom and he had the patience of Jobe. Steve the manager was equally as patient as we are not the easiest of customers to please and make up our minds. In the end though we made our choice, believe it is not it took us a couple of months and everytime we went in(and that was several times) we were greeted and treated the same each time which was with respect, politeness and professionalism. In truth we could have gone elsewhere and got things slightly cheaper but because of the service we were given it was a no-brainer to stay with Aldis.In summary: A thoroughly professional friendly establishment whos staff are willing to go that extra mile to satisfy their customers and this is a very rare commodity these days, so great big thank you to you for a really pleasant purchasing experience.
Fantastic ranges in the Norwich store. A great sale on at the moment. Very good customer service. Always buy from Aldiss.
Nice little cafe has a lift from the ground floor for disabled or elderly reasonable selection of food and drink but the menu hasn't changed in 10 years and service is sometimes very slow
Smart Furnishings store. Many choices, and have bought over several years. Carpets, lighting, furniture and beds etc. Helpful staff. Quite often discounts and vouchers on spend.Also has a good coffee shop/ restaurant area which is well priced. Convenient parking.
