I shopped at Northampton riverside for a bed/ mattress. Peter from downstairs assisted me and he was excellent . Lovely service , very helpful and I would thoroughly recommend him as an excellent envoy of this Company ! Having moved here I wil now definitely be a regular at this store !!
Very impressed with the range of dining furniture, also with the excellent service received. Great to meet Richard, who was incredibly knowledgeable about the range and answered all our questions thoroughly and honestly, finding out what we did/didn't like and explaining the pros and cons of the items we were looking at.
Very helpful assistant, not pushy or trying to sell extras, made the experience painless. Nice showroom with designs of tables not seen in other furniture shops. Free parking directly outside.
Took time to get noticed. But we got Tom to help. We went for a table, but then got 2 sofas for a good deal. Will be 5 weeks to wait but will comment when we get them.
