Firstly, 5 stars to the young chaps at the till and the cafe, super helpful and as I'm in a wheelchair it was appreciated a lot. IKEA as an outlet though is bonkers, why on earth Norwich can't have a proper store at this point is completely beyond me, a university city with a considerable amount of businesses - local, national, and worldwide - all add up to a professional city that needs a flippin' proper store.

Waited 15 minutes wanting to place an order (I knew the product codes I wanted). Lost patience. Went home to place the order online to be told it would cost 9.95 to deliver it to Norwich order and Collection Point. I called customer services and they said it would be free if I ordered it in store. IKEA seem to have got too big to care about customer experiences and they probably have experts fresh out of college deciding to implement systems like this. More fool them. A customer lost....

How can it take so long to bring out an order? First in shop and still a 15 minute wait to collect our order. Funny really, go to a normal ikea and they expect you to collect the order yourself. But they seem inept at doing it themselves. Cant blame the staff. I j singe its just terrible planning. Management could learn a lot from the likes of Argos. Anyways. Terrible. Shop else where.

Pleasent surroundings and quiet and efficient atmosphere. Our transaction went without a hitch a day earlier than estimated. Only reason for not 5 stars was the slightly bored attitude of some of the staff. It was a Sunday and I get folks are not always at their best. But I got the impression they just wanted to go home, which is fair enough. But I would have hidden my feelings if I was the one working!

Disappointed to find they don't carry any stock and everything has to be ordered in for pick up. We have used other stores were you can collect you goods on the go like Cardiff This store could have been located in a much larger retail park and more people could have benefited from being able to collect there purchase on the go having to go to a store twice once to look and order and then to collect is putting more costs onto the customers running around. yes ordering online is easy but being able to see and collect on the day is much easier Norwich should have had a bigger store
