Walked in the store to buy a product and walled out again 10 mins after! It was insane how long it took to buy something from there. Very happy :)
This store is an absolute disgrace. We bought a Mac book pro from here and within 4 weeks it had a fault. We returned it to the store and were told that we needed an appointment to fix it. Okay fine The appointment was in 6 days, I run my own business and cant be offline for that long. I asked for a replacement they said no. We got heated and they threatened to ha e me removed ??? Im a grown woman with 3 kids AVOID AVOID AVOID
We are so fortunate to have a store that manages the Apple needs of this city. I am always greeted rapidly and beautifully by staff, I was served super swiftly, the phone I wanted was in stock, the changeover from one model to another was relatively painless and I didnt need an appointment. Poor Londoners who cannot turn up unannounced and discover besides that the Latest model is all sold out.
