Awful, deceitful company. Delivered a broken cooker and refuse to accept a return. Damage admitted by the drivers and the company, but refuse to do anything about it. Had the engineer out from the manufacturer who also admits it needs new parts, but it is the the company who delivered (Gerald Giles) that are responible for the damage. We are told that it's too late to do anything about the issues although the drivers noted the fault's and it was reported by us within 24 hours. Another excuse is that Euronics are responsible for the damage even though we purchased off and contracted with Gerald Giles. Still fighting for a replacement or repairs. Shocking.
I put in an urgent order and they delivered it in time and even called to make sure I'd received it (Phil) - excellent service and very happy and will definitely buy from them again!
