Great service - great prices customer care of the old style thats now hard to find.
In the last week I've had delivered a washer/dryer, Ipad and a hoover, and honestly, this firm is great!!! The delivery boys are great, respectful and very friendly and knowledgeable! Customer service is exceptional, on all the deliveries ive had a phone call at 8:50 am with a convenient time slot for delivery, their rental scheme is also great, as usual 5 star service, ive had washing machines rented from hughes and they have gone wrong after time (and heavy use) and they have NEVER quibbled and delivered a new the very same day! I'll never use CURRY'S again as at curry's it's awful service and waiting times. I choose HUGHES EVERYTIME, THANK YOU HUGHES 5*****
Had such great service from here. The guy in the shop was really great with my elderly Dad explaining the contract etc.Then the delivery guys were friendly,tidy, fast and on time.Already recommended you to others
The staff here have been fantastic! My husband and I have very little knowledge in Technology. We were after a large TV and everything else that goes with it such as surround sound and DVD player. I must say they were so helpful and spent a lot of time with us to make sure we were buying the right one suited to our home. The staff had smile on their faces and great customer service. We will only come back here now for any electrical goods in future and support the smaller branches. Big thank you and keep up the good work!
