Had to take our dog as very unwell, discovered she had Pyrometra Laura, the vet, recommended surgery and it was started within the hour, she kept us informed all the way, we collected her at around 11pm to transfer her to another vet overnight for observation, I can't express my thanks to both vets enough enough, the treatment we all received was excellent

I've been taking my dog here since he was a puppy. He is now six. I've always been happy with the care he receives and would recommend this clinic.

I can not reccomend this vetinary practice more. We have had two very good expiriences with them where other vets had unfortunatly failed. Allan managed to fix our little Sphynx cats allergic reaction and severe dermatitis. They then went completely above and beyond to assist us through a very hard time with our little Burmese who unfortunatly got diagnosed with bovine TB (a government reportable disease that can be passed to humans) contracted from his raw food diet. Lesley Hopley did so much for us taking our very unusual case to specialists and seeking all the advice possible with ways of testing our other cat to find out if she is safe. Lesley even supported us regularly by email out of hours. The whole stressful ordeal would have been too much and very confusing had it not been for the practises support. Lesley made everything understandable for us and we cant thank her enough. We have found all the staff to be very compassionate very well informed and the level of service and communication on both cases has blown us away. Honestly couldnt recommend them more.

You cant always tell when your pet is in pain because they show it differently to humans.Just before Christmas, my Labrador had been a bit off for a few days and I knew something wasnt right with her. More by luck than any sort of Sherlock Holmes style deductive skills, I discovered she had broken an upper molar tooth completely in half lengthwise. Ever broken a tooth in half yourself? If you have, you will be wincing right now because you know it hurts like mad. Feeling rather bad for not having worked out what the problem was sooner, I called in at Eaton Veterinary Surgery and showed vet Laura a slightly sad dog and the half tooth I had removed from her gum. Two minutes later, the problem was confirmed and my dog was in for dental surgery within 24 hours to remove the remainder of the tooth and root. After the surgery she bounced back immediately with no groggy doggy hangover from the anaesthetic. The staff at this surgery are great and they genuinely care about your best non-human friend.

Absolutely fantastic they have looked after both my dogs with love and affection.
