My puppy was extremely frightened at her 1st visit to the vets due to the constant yelping made by another dog having treatment. Our appointment was at 1pm and my poor puppy had to sit and wait until over 25 minutes listening to that dog which was highly distressing for us both. We arrived 5 minutes early at 12.55 and wasn't seen until 1.20pm. The vet we eventually saw was efficient and really friendly and apologised for the wait, she went on to explain that she thought the reason for the delay was because the vet we should of seen was in the toilet for all that time! Why oh why can't you sound proof the consultation rooms to prevent other pets being scared to their wits end? How on earth do you think that this and the delay is at all good customer service. Extremely disappointing and upsetting to say the least. Due to reasons like this is why I decided to take my 2 rabbits to other vets over 3 years ago now. Silly mistake to give Companion "Care" another chance with my puppy.

Near universally good experience with this vet practice over the years of many many cats, said goodbye to a few cats here too. Should be called Compassion Care not Companion Care Vets. Lovely staff from front desk through to the varied and wonderful vets. Never critical, always caring. Understanding and flexible, finding ways to solve issues.
Lovely clean vets, staff are extremely helpful and always go the extra mile.
