My dog had all these sores come out on his skin and we took him here twice with them saying its fine and prescribing steroids both times. Turns out he was allergic to flea bites, even though he had been treated for fleas he had the reaction before we gave him treatment. How did they not know this was an allergic reaction????? CHANGED VETS
So disappointed in the changes at this vets. It used to be excellent but has really gone downhill in recent years. I have changed my pet's care to Companion Care in Pets at Home and have been amazed by how much better they are. Can't believe I have put up with second class service at Chapelfield for so long.
Really great staff. They listen to you, and explain all the different options of treatments. They look after animals really well.
