Had to unfortunately put my bunny to sleep today. The staff were so lovely, they took me straight into a private room and gave me time with my bun, talked to me and waited until i was ready to say goodbye. Excellent care.
I brought my reptile here for the first time,as had a few concerns about her.Firstly i would like to say a massive thank you,secondly i was very happy with the services.All staff were friendly,welcoming and polite,we straight away felt at ease.Was very happy with the out come and certainly wouldnt hesitate to be going back with all my reptiles and other pets.Thank you very much for a great services
Not happy with this place. Dog had a seizure for the first time, so took her into this vet practise. Vet took her bloods and by the results scared us into believing our dog had a tumour or cancer. We took our dog for a second opinion and he said the blood results look fairly normal with one being higher to a small degree. But from the results there was no way to even suggest a tumour or cancer. To me this suggests this practise is out there to make money off your pets, and they do this by scaring you.
Absolutely amazing service and the staff are very kind and gentle with the pets and aren't too pricey. The only problem is that sandy lane is quite bumpy and can make pets upset, but it isn't the vets fault so I rated five stars !
I came here for the first time last week - the first exotic vets I've been to for my guinea pigs. Very different experience to a normal vet since they actually knew how to deal with them. Sadly, I had to put my guinea pig to sleep that day but I received a very kind card offering their condolences a couple of days later. They did as much as possible to ensure she wasnt in any pain and I'm incredibly grateful for how they dealt with it on such a difficult day
