Was discriminated as I told them I am deaf and they need to write down what they say and they just became very hostile toward me. I walked out of the office as didn't feel safe but the driver followed me outside and hit my food shopping and mocking at me whilst the receptionist just allow that to happen Warning to all: they hate diversity and disability as I experience that first hand unfortunately. I will be addressing this to Norfolk County Council .
Booked a taxi for New Years Eve and was not disappointed! Driver notified me when my taxi had been dispatched and it arrived exactly on time. Driver was very friendly and the fare was the same as we had agreed over the phone when we had prebooked. I will definitely be using 5 star taxis again.
One star is one star too much. Over priced, shabby vehicles, poor customer service. There are several other reputable taxi firms to choose from, so I would suggest you save your time, money and energy and avoid this one at all costs
Hardly 5 stars!!! I waited 25 minuets for my late taxi!!, having booked over an hour before I needed to leave to get to work. I expected them to be on time! I repeatedly called the company for 20 minuets with no answer!?! I finally received a 'taxi dispatched' text message 20 MINUETS!? after I had booked?! I arrived 30 mins late for a very important piece of work at the university. Totally unacceptable. I received no apology.
Its such a shame that the lovely man we had take us to the norwhich showground has to work for such a rude and bad quality company.We had Pete take us to the sundown festival Friday morning. He was such a lovely guy; had a chat about music and showed us his mix tape of old songs! It was a really good price as well. I booked a taxi in for Monday morning but unfortunately we had to leave Sunday. I rang the company to see if there were any spaces for Sunday afternoon and the guy told me it was fully booked all day, I went to ask about cancelling tomorrows at the same time and he cut me off. We found another taxi company who arrived early and was actually cheaper any way! I tried ringing again on the bus transfer from Ipswich and I said about cancelling and the guy cut me off! I then rang again a few hours later at our destination. I said I got cut off earlier and wanted to cancel AND I WAS CUT OFF AGAIN! I couldnt believe it! So I decided not to bother again if they were going to be so rude. To my disgust, the taxi man rang me continuously this morning so I decided to answer and tell him. There was no apology he simply repeated oh youve canceled AND CUT ME OFF! I just wouldnt use them ever again - unless it was Pete who was brilliant
