Bad service booked a cab at 630 for as soon as possible to phone back at 7 to be told he was waiting outside? No call or text to tell me this and that he's sending another 730 I'm still waiting with multiple call backs to be told that he's on his way and won't be long I'm now almost an hour late for work for a cab I booked at 630! No apologies ridiculous taxi company won't use again
Never use this company! I had a taxi booked two weeks in advance but called the day before to check it was all fine, to which I was told it was. On the night no taxi turned up and when I called the company the extremely rude guy on the other end of the phone told me there had never been a booking. He then proceeded to hang up on me each time I called him back. They left me in a scary and vulnerable position on my own with no way of getting back to my hotel and I am shocked that their customer service is quite so appalling.
Great company! After my car broke down in the snow they came and rescued me and drove me home (22miles)! The driver Dan was brilliant really nice and friendly and a real credit to the company
