Waited in the queue on Saturday night 09/02/19, was asked if we wanted a minibus once we got to the front instead of two taxis, we said yes. We were told three times the minibus is just coming down the hill over 30 minutes, eventually one of our party said we would just go in two separate taxis and pay the extra, the woman appeared not to hear us, he said again more clearly we would take two separate taxis, to which, she turned around and said yes, I heard you the first time, we explained she did not acknowledge we had said anything which again she ignored. She had terrible customer service and seemed to have little to no knowledge of what was happening and unable to give out any useful information. We do not feel she is a good representative of the company.
I use Beeline every time I go out in Norwich. The drivers are always friendly and the fare is good. I recently had a messy night out and my friends put me in a beeline taxi to get home. I was such a state I left my bag in the taxi. When I realised the next day I was informed they have my bag!!! 5 Stars for service and for honest employees. Anyone could have taken anything and not said a word, but I appreciate their honesty and kindness. Thank you Beeline, I will continue to use your service :)

GREAT TAXI FIRM, FRIENDLY AND ON TIME
I have been using Beeline for 5-6 years, they have never let me down when I need to catch a train. If they cant help me they dont mess me about they just tell me they cant do it, a great no-nonsense firm. Today he was 5 mins early, clean car, good price and they sent me a txt with the cars reg which you can track. Well done !
