Whilst I have not used this company directly they have been involed in the chain of my house sale. They are utterly useless! I don't know where to begin. They have lied, delayed, ignored and changed this around so much making our house move a ordeal. On numerous occasions they have explicitly told our solicitor that they are ready to proceed only to change the goal posts because they didn't have everything sorted. They lost paperwork in relation to mortgages, they didn't complete nessesary searches and checks. They didn't even confirm they deposit funds before instructing our solicitor to exchange. I don't know what's going on here but you don't have to look far on Google to see all the other negative reviews that have been left. I am grateful we didn't instruct these clowns and feel sorry for the first time buyers who are using them in our chain. Avoid them like the plague. There are so many better companies out there to use.
