My company deeply wanted our relationship with this company to be successful but there were too many issues that got in the way. There are a few workers there who are great at what they do, unfortunately they couldnt make up for the arrogance and little care displayed by those in charge. We were handed over to a more senior team member who knows what he is doing. Instead we were handed over to an arrogant individual who wouldnt answer calls on time, or call when scheduled (We can understand that meetings can be delayed but this happened on a number of occasions) and took a long time to respond to emails. Not the service we expected when paying a premium compared to other firms. It was let slip in a meeting that a patent draft we had paid for was not drafted by the qualified attorney we were promised who had experience in our expertise field. The document was instead drafted by a trainee whose background is in a completely different field. We repeatedly requested redrafts and discovered at a later date that the work submitted for our patent had errors left in by the trainee. This is unacceptable when paying as much as we did. We were expected to pay for their fault on this. Poor service, care and regard for customers.
