Should have exchanged contracts several days ago, but they have not got in touch with me at all to explain why.Solicitor I dealt with was Steve Clark (his assistant Catherine Blacker is also always busy..I would recommend you steer well clear of this firm if you value efficiency and customer service.I have used them again since and found them professional and helpful, so my review is going up from 1 star to 4
