Appalling conveyancing service. 14 weeks to reply to correspondence. Incorrect billing on three occasions. Avoid.
Great team of people and very supportive of the local community.
Absolutely useless, do not use them. I asked them 4 times to ask a crucial simple question to the other party I was in litigation with, they ignored me/forgot each time. They also quoted for 2 solicitors to be present during a day of mediation, only one was present yet they still charged the same. After requesting a certain course of action I was ignored again. I requested this same course of action 2 weeks later only to be told he was going to ignore my instructions and take a different course. Another 2 weeks later I discover that he hasn't done a thing and may take my course after all. If you like being treated like dirt go to Phil Lumb and Ben Lowe, they're the boys for you! Update, I've contacted Emma Flock as invited , she has forwarded my email straight to Phil Lumb to deal with. Why didn't she just tell me to write to him in the first place? Oh yeah, it would look ridiculous if he dealt with complaints against himself.
