I arrived at the surgery this morning accompanying an 86 year old lady, suffering from heart palpitations, shortness of breath and generally very unwell; she was told a doctor was not available and a nurse would see her at 2pm. We subsequently went to emergency where she was diagnosed with a life threatening heart condition; on several other occasions I have phoned the surgery and been redirected to the walk in clinic. To say the service at this surgery is lacking is a gross understatement

Having lived in Norfolk for over 50 years and been a patient at several surgeries I can safely say that the Thorpewood medical practice is outstanding and by far the best I have experienced. The care I have been given has always been exceptional and I can honestly say that I have never felt that I was not been treated as 'special'.Long may they be able to continue this service.
